Prompt
As a user, I want to see past, current, and upcoming live event by calendar
Frustration
Snipitz main selling point is to watch live streaming event on anywhere. On mobile apps, can check LIVE events on top of the homepage screen. On current design, user can only check live events (and archived events) for today.
For user to discover further, user needs to discover upcoming events, or search and filter events by date.
Objective
User can check upcoming LIVE events in timeline
User can check past, current, and upcoming LIVE events by using calendar
User can also filter event by live/archive and location in calendar
Design Feature
Adding new feature in Event Gallery, so user can discover upcoming LIVE events on timeline
Event Calendar feature—user can check events based on calendar

For the first phase iteration, this calendar feature should be accessible in homepage so new users can discover it immediately.

Final Design
Mobile App
On mobile app, user will be able to access Event Calendar by pulling down Event Gallery. An interface with bigger card will appear, and user will be able to see calendar when they press calendar icon.
List of event on selected date will appear below the calendar. User can click on any dates and the data will refresh.
Web App
The first design use bold text on white background, which will look less appealing and will be uncomfortable for long use. My approach is to go back to native as a guide, with a bit touch of Qiroah’s primary background color I created on Colour Palette. The other reason is to make the layout near to native so it’s easier for developer to build.
